Dear AEUR Holder,

Following our previous communications, we would like to inform you that Anchored Coins AG has decided to fully discontinue AEUR. The majority of AEUR in circulation has already been redeemed, and we thank all holders who have done so.

AEUR remains fully backed on a 1:1 basis until all remaining tokens are redeemed or settled. Every remaining holder will receive the full value of their AEUR, either through redemption or through the automatic settlement described below.

Final redemption deadline: 29 October 2026

We encourage all remaining holders to redeem their AEUR directly with Anchored Coins AG by 29 October 2026, 23:59 CET at the latest. To apply for redemption, please navigate to the “Redemption Request” section of our website and complete the corresponding redemption form.

What happens after the deadline

On 30 October 2026, Anchored Coins AG will terminate the AEUR Token Terms with immediate effect. From that point on, AEUR will no longer carry an entitlement to redeem one EUR per AEUR.

At the same time, to settle all remaining obligations, Anchored Coins AG will send every address still holding AEUR at the time of termination an equivalent amount in another EUR stablecoin on a 1:1 basis. No action is required from you to receive this.

Important

After 30 October 2026, AEUR will no longer be redeemable and will have no value. Please do not buy, sell or transfer AEUR after the deadline.
If your AEUR are held with a third party (such as an exchange or custodian), the settlement will be sent to the address holding the tokens. Please contact that provider regarding how it will be credited to you.

All measures are being carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
